In April 2005 the first Cowboy Ball was held in St. Cloud, Minnesota raising funds for scholarships. Alumni throughout the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s gathered alongside past MNHSRA parents, board members and rodeo fans to celebrate. This set the course for what has followed and transformed into the Cowboy Round Up.

The Alumni Foundation is instrumental in gathering past and present rodeo families together.
